Veleriox Productions provides creative and digital services including, but not limited to:

  • Video editing
  • Sound design
  • Content production
  • Media and content-related services

Service scope, pricing, and timelines are agreed upon individually with clients.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate project information
  • Own or have rights to all content provided to us
  • Make payments as agreed

We are not responsible for legal issues arising from client-provided content.

4. Payments

Payments are agreed upon before project commencement. Late payments may result in work delays or suspension. Refunds, if any, are subject to project stage and agreement terms.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless agreed otherwise:

  • Final delivered work becomes the client’s property after full payment
  • We reserve the right to showcase completed work in portfolios unless the client requests confidentiality in writing

6. Confidentiality

We respect client confidentiality and do not disclose project details unless required by law or permitted by the client.

7. Limitation of Liability

Veleriox Productions is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, losses due to misuse of delivered content, or delays caused by client inaction or third-party services. Maximum liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services if obligations are breached. Payment for completed work up to termination remains payable.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.

10. Changes to Terms

Terms may be updated without prior notice. Continued use of services implies acceptance of revised terms.
